The XyUser Conferences are a forum in which information pertaining to XyEnterprise, such as future product statements or company financial data, may be presented. Such information is confidential and not for public use. As an attendee at the XyUser Conference, I agree to maintain the confidentiality of any information obtained at the conference. In addition, I agree that I am bound by confidentiality clauses of in-place contracts between XyEnterprise and my company, if such contracts exist.

Conference Refund Policy - Cancellations received prior to 30 days before the first day of the conference will receive a full refund. Any cancellations received between 29 and 14 days prior to the first day of the conference will receive a 50% refund. Refunds will not be made to any request received within 13 days of the first day of the conference.
